Information we collect
When you apply, we collect what you submit-your name, contact details, role of interest, and a link to your portfolio or resume-plus notes our team makes during interviews.
How we use it
Your application is used to assess fit for the role you applied to and, with your consent, other open roles. Interview notes are shared only with the people involved in your hiring process.
Retention
If you are not hired, we retain your application for twelve months in case a closer-fit role opens, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about your application, correct it, or withdraw your application and have your data deleted. Write to careers@shellkode.com.
Third parties
We do not sell candidate data or share it outside the hiring team, except where a background-check provider is engaged for a specific offer-always with your prior notice.
