Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate our services: contact details you submit, the pages you visit, and technical data your browser sends. We do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
Your information is used to reply to enquiries, deliver contracted services, meet legal and audit obligations, and improve how our site performs. We do not sell it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Data retention
Enquiry records are kept for twenty-four months unless a contract requires longer. Project data is retained for the term of the engagement and the statutory period that follows, then deleted or returned on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we are legally required to keep. Write to privacy@shellkode.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Third parties
We share data only with the processors that run our own -cloud hosting, email delivery, and the CRM enquiries land in-each bound by their own data-processing terms. We do not share it for their marketing purposes.
